WELCOME TO PAUL'S WINDOW CLEANING
In 1995 I decided to start my own window cleaning business. Growing up in rural Minnesota I adopted the values that have served my venture well. Faith, hard work, integrity, honesty, treating people in the same way I would like to be treated, all combine to compel me to provide the best customer service and work that I am able.
Along the way I have met many wonderful people. The greatest reward for me is making someone's windows or siding look great and to see satisfaction written on their face.
One unexpected outcome has been the way this business has blessed and united my family. Through out their high school and college years my two daughters have worked with me, earning money for school and hopefully adopting the same values I learned when I was their age.

Hey, I’m Lawernce Ward, Commercial Route Manager for Paul’s Window Cleaning. I love conquering the elements, exploring new places, meeting awesome people, and working with my hands; all great parts of this job! Paul is a great boss, and I’m proud to work for and with small family businesses and make their stores look great. I also enjoy extreme sports, reading books, telling stories, and going on adventures with my wife and little boys.
Naomi Varnum
Residential Window Cleaner
As the daughter of Paul, Naomi has grown up learning to clean windows. Beginning at age 14, Naomi has consistently worked for the family business during high school and breaks from college. She loves the satisfaction that comes from seeing a dirty window made clean and loves being able to work outside. However, her favorite part of the job is getting to work every day with her dad and enjoy conversations while driving to and during work.

As a proud local resident and military veteran, I bring a unique perspective and dedication to Paul’s Window Cleaning. My military experience has instilled in me a strong commitment to teamwork and leadership, which I apply every day in my role.

While growing up in Western Minnesota I learned the values of hard work, excellence, honesty, and kindness. Serving our country in the Navy further shaped my work ethic and the importance of sacrificial service and putting others first. These values are now foundational to my business and are woven through all that we do at Paul’s Window Cleaning.
